Yup... Very nice car, a bit annoying that one can't even aspire to own one at any stage though, it's twice as much as a normal M4 and only 700 are being made with 30 coming to the UK... It's a BMW not a Bugatti... Most are destined to be garage queens rather than the track monsters they're supposed to be. Also, it's a little behind in the game, people in the US were fitting meth injection systems to their turbo BMWs for nearly a decade now, but at least a factory system will have proper research and development etc.
I know a nice man in Holland who may be getting one. I might have to book a flight [emoji41]
Looks an utter mess to me, and a terrible waste of the M-division's time
When are Alpina bringing out a B4 GT3?
Mess would be a little harsh imo. Still manages to shave 24 seconds off the ring time compared to a standard M4
As great as they are there's just something wrong with the new ///Ms not being Na.
Don't get me wrong Shane, it is quick, but then so it should be with 500bhp and for that sort of money. I just don't see the engineering, unless I'm missing something. Where are the semi-bespoke engines, the ground-breaking design or innovative use of the latest materials? A piece of fabric as a door-pull, but a big f**k-off sat nav screen - give me a break BMW! It's just lazy cashing-in IMO, and a badly executed impression of a 991 GT3 RSQuote:

I think it was 125kg Dave, but that was for a no-options car, so most specced with Xenons, Air-con & radio are about 90-100kg lighter. However, weight loss wasn't really the aim, it was lowering of CoGQuote:

One other point - the price differential between the CSL & M3 was proportionally far smaller than it is between GTS & M4
The price difference between the e92 GTS and M3 / f82 GTS and M4 is nuts, they're literally chancing their arm knowing someone will buy them, it's twice the price of a standard car, and for that money you can get something far more exotic!
Don't like the look of the spoiler or the wheels. Why can't we have NA cars as already said.
