Is draft rather than cash not the lesson from last time?? I'd definitely want proof of who he is, name, address & id etc after last time.Quote:

No. Proof seller is the owner is only lesson from last time.
If seller isn't the owner find out who the owner is and speak with them.
Judge said I could have found him in the phone book or went to a garda station and asked them to speak with the owner.
Buying a car from someone who isn't the person on the logbook no matter what documents they have is money down the drain.
Now if I could trace the guy I dealt with I could sue him but even that's not guaranteed to be successful in the end.
Celbridge car was a waste of time. Don't have time to get out to the other car now but will try again during the week.

Anyone able to decode a vin number for me? The one in the sticky only gives engine and transmission details to me

Wont show up for me iv tested other vins they come up fine, all I can get is basic stuff transmission etc
Would that mean anything?
