iv only ever seen above 30 once on a straight motorway trip to galway and back
Well ive been getting a consistent 18mpg the last 2 months but thats only weekend blasts! Moved office today so i need the car now to commute..mostly motorway driving with little traffic so in blessed that way! I was getting 39 on the m50

I was getting over 30 in the last E46 M I had, granted it was mostly long runs but I was happy with it. A bit of an improvement on the 17mpg in the M5...
I can top all that, nearly getting tractor levels of mpg!
Reset the avg mpg counter before leaving for my journey, length of the M50,
parked up in Blanch and it showed 46.3 mpg. Journey of 23 miles was mostly
on the motorway sitting in cruise at 100 kmph. Impressive right :D
