The work Arteon. A year old and a 54k km on it. I don’t think I will be seeing 1000km on a tank when I get the M3 on the road [emoji1] This equates to 50.2 mpg by the way [emoji50]

Don’t make me put up my pic of 39mpg in the M [emoji16]

Since we're boasting about motoring parsimony, here's a photo of a tank range just after filling up the 630i a few weeks back. Never saw a figure like it before, and don't expect a figure like it again any time soon. It was after a motorway run from Dublin airport to Longford with a motorway sprint and then a bit of a procession on the final leg from Mullingar.
This car does minimal town driving, a decent (40+ mile round trip) motorway commute and plenty of long runs (Tipp-Dub, Tipp to north of donegal. etc.) and I can't get it over a 28.2mpg avg for the past 12k km's. It takes a good day, a fair wind and light traffic to see a range of 750-800km's for a tank. In the same conditions the e60 will show a relatively easy 34mpg avg over a large sample of miles.
Would like to know your secret Mark :)
Ordered some Meister R coilovers for the 335 today. Hopefully get them fitted over the weekend and alignment next week
New battery and drive shafts fitted by motor confidence. No abs warnings anymore thank fup...
