That is quite the upgrade indeed, well wear!

Saw two new z4’s this morning in Dublin city centre, one black and one grey.

Yup has a whiff of 124 / Kia stinger about it.
I love the e85 but I think the e89, especially in 35iS form is just stunning, and even more so in atacama yellow! What a gorgeous car. I know I’m one of probably like 12 people worldwide that thinks so though... :D
Don't think you're the only one to see a Kia resemblance. Unfortunately - modern BMW's seem to be getting fatter and uglier. The kidney grilles will be taking up half of the car within a few years. New 3er passed the office the other day and I had to so a double take when I saw the badge - thought it was a Lexus at first.
I was driving past Murphy & Gunn Milltown this morning. I had to stop in and take a look.
It’s all empty and closed up now with for sale signs zoned for residential, it will probably be turned into an apartment block.
87 D 600 their 635 CSI is still sitting in the showroom. It looks eerie now like a dealership lost in time with the E24 on display.
Sad to see it gone after being there for many years.

I assume they are keeping it. They have owned that car a long time.
I was living fairly close-by when it was built in the '80's and them moving the BMW part of the business over from Rathgar Ave.. There was quite a bit of upset that the soccer ground was being knocked to make way for this and the residential that went up around it. It goes to show how transitory so many things are, the big new thing one minute, scrap heap the next.
(wipes nostalgic tear from eye) :)
