Thank you sir, will do :)
Best of luck Peter, sounds like it worked out in the end.
Delighted for you peter, I echoe the same as you about he 335i with the power delivery and smoothness, combined with the comfort. Great car and sounds good too.
Kinda missing the rawness of the M3, but a remap might keep me a bit happier.
Enjoy driving her and get some pics up
I can't stay away from the thing :D I finally went home and changed my clothes, 10 mins later I was back down, filled the tank and went for another drive :D I like getting acquainted with a car. I can't get over the noise!! Especially changing down into 2nd or 1st, the blip and gorgoeus burble on the overrun. I can't believe I thought I would need an aftermarket exhaust!
If you want a tad extra exhaust note , you can do the golf tee mod, look it up on YouTube.
Disconnect the connection in the boot. Think i might try it during the week(only if I'm bored) but it does sound nice as is.
I find I'm driving the 335i faster than the M3, smoother and quieter and you don't realise how fast your really going until you glance at the clocks.
I've seen the golf tee mod on e36 328 exhausts but not on 335s, must see if I can find it on YouTube. I don't know if I'd bother doing it though.
Be careful with speed these days, they seem to be out in full force since the start of the year ;)
Lovely car Peter, well wear!Quote:

I'd really love to do it myself actually but no access to running water (well except for a fire hose :p) but some residents were already in trouble for using it to wash their cars :D
I'm flying home tomorrow peter i can meet u in dessies car wash?
