Don't think it's a case of different wipers for pre and post face lift
The aerotwins can be retrofitted and vice versa for the standards on the wiper arms. If you are getting some for the missus' car - deffo pickup standards or you'll be cursing the windscreen like me and DonB previously :happy:Quote:

Was really hoping they would have these in stock but none there :-( 5 for 10e would have been a nice deal

Ran Aeros on both my E46s for all of 30 mins each. Thinking each experience would be better than the last. Each time they sat way to far off the window. And would not 'mould' at all.
Am i missing a trick ? It felt to me as if the Aeros did not have the same level of spring compression in them, and this allowed the rubber to sit off the window 'straight' at the ends. Where as the standards had the arms and were pressing the rubber down moulding it to the window with no fuss.
Back to standards both times.
I'm still rocking my Bosch wipers I bought in 2010 :tounge:
Did you remove the plastic insert from the wiper arm?
The only bit the wiper doesn't touch on mine is an area the size of a matchbox down below the tax disc holder on passenger side. I can live with that :)
Up for auction now it seems.Quote:
