Bit of exotica this morning in Limerick
Spotted a '99 E36 M3 Cabrio in Estoril up North today. I spoke to the owner and he is a real car nut, spending a fortune on the car refreshing it since buying recently. Oh and he also has a Ferrari F430!!
Regards,
Andy
I've seen a different e30 in traffic everyday this week, one was a hell rot 318is I think and can't get it out of my head how nice it looked
Name is Finn i presume?? Not many with Estoril E36 M's and F430's... Met him on the Cannonball and just picked up my Eisenmann Exhaust and X pipe off him yesterday and got a spin in the F430.:happy:Quote:

Spotted an '06 D Z4M on the M4 about 2:20pm yesterday, think it was Avus blue? Hard to tell as it was filthty but other than seeing John's former one, the red one, at a show I think it's the first time I seen on on the road!

I'd say the owl lad driving thought I was a right weirdo.

Saw that too, assuming it's the same one, mesh on the back bumper didn't look right or something.Quote:

Silver e92 M3 by Islandbridge around five, JohnH?
Looked savage :)
No, not me. It hasn't left the drive today. Had to pick up the outlaws at the airport so needed a 5 seater [emoji35]Quote:

Must be the guys on a dole behind my house. They have 6 series, 3 series and mercedes cls already. I would not be surprised. They are doing very well on welfare I have been told ;-)

Not sure why, but I don't really like the idea of a 4 wheel drive BMW (that's not a "jeep")... It's just wrong in my head for some reason. It's not an option I'd be ticking...
Thought it might have been a twin exhaust to differentiate from the 330d model like in the E9x's
YIKES.... List price for that 435d is 70k without any extras... AND according to BMW.ie you can only get it in x drive... :/ Same with 430d too... I hope it's not a trend that big engined BMWs will be 4 wheel drive from now on...
