What a load of bullocks! Ordered the iPhone 6 Plus 64GB from O2 on Saturday they said "NO PROBLEM, 3 BUSINESS DAYS"... I put my own iPhone 5 64GB for sale, and sold it today (to pay for the new phone, expecting it today or tomorrow as promised) only for O2 to turn around and say it's out of stock and they don't know when they're gonna get it again, could be weeks.... So now I'm without a phone.... I have never seen such incompetent simpletons!!! Let me be perfectly clear, I was in no rush and had no problem waiting, but if you say 3 BUSINESS DAYS, and I act based on your promise, then you better honour your promise!!! And the CHEEK of trying to charge me a cancellation fee when I told them to put their contract and order where the sun don't shine.
It's been one thing after the other with O2... I really can't urge you enough to STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM O2... Rant over.
