Yeah it is an SE though so these might have been all added more recently when the bumpers and skirts were? Not sure but it was reg'd March so maybe it is LCI.

The gear lever, and if you look really closely the advanced climate control knobs, is the giveaway for the LCI. Also, with a better shot of the centre console and dash, a giveaway is the buttons distributed to left and right of the ashtray on the LCI. On the pre-LCI they are distributed right across the dash, depending on the goodies fitted in a single row.
FWIW, on the LCI, the way to tell if a car has ventilated leather is to look for a stack of 3 buttons on either side of the ashtray.
