Thats the one yeah. Your man was sound in fairness, didnt know too much about cars though, the test and color had me tempted, but theres just too many things youd have to fix, even for half the price it needs a good bit spent.Quote:

That's a shame, was thinking of viewing it myself. Love that colour...but if the arches are rusty too!
Headgaskets gone id say. Dipstick full of gunk. ShameQuote:

If anybody is looking for a €1800 e36 better stick to DoneDeal:wink:

works perfect man
HA! No way!! I was waiting to see which e36 it would be, never expected it to be Noel's! I would sure as hell be kicking myself in the head if I was in the market for an iS and ended up buying something else.
Dunno if he will end up selling it or not, but if he is I highly recommend just paying whatever price is on it, because getting a dog (or even a genuine car) you will need to pretty much replace EVERYTHING!!!!! Due to age at the very least. Like I bought a low mileage 1 owner car owned by an old man for 16 years with BMW service history, and I still ended up replacing pretty much all suspension and steering parts, I did/doing bodywork and between that and regular maintenance and not to mention mods, I've spent/spending thousands. So finding a good car in good condition with all the shitty niggly bits done and dusted will not only save you hassle and money in the long run, it'll just give you peace of mind and allow you to just enjoy the car! Lecture over :p
