I spoke to soon its all fine around the rear wheel but as I moved up more to the rear door theres a piece that go's up behind the sill its shagged will need replacing wire brush wont fix it :(

always had a feeling in most cases they just put that in for the hell of it, it's an easy extra 28 quid out of the car owner. Most people aren't going to argue, they wouldn't even know where to find their brake linesQuote:

And this is what he was on about ,will need replacing asap will get it into motor confidence soon , tidied up and treated any little bits of surface rust is well today while I was under there just to make sure it doesn't go like the above
