Why is it that the best tuned cars have the worst modified bodys? Just look at the front bumper.

I know that car since he first build it , 10 years ago that was the thing to do , it's the owner's choice , believe me he affords any other kits , bumpers , but he want's to keep it like that , and the intercooler fits perfect , it's wider in the rear cause of the monster tyres in the back , anyway it's a car to go fast not a oem show winnerQuote:

Just so happened that it snowed in Cairo for the first time in 112 years today! And I'm here to witness it. The fact that it was 15degress in Ireland / parts of Europe today shows that something is seriously wrong with global weather!
Would have loved nothing more than to take a photo of the pyramids covered in snow but no such luck. Maybe tomorrow..
Hopefully camskill will get my size in soon! Great tyre beat anything else in the price range hands down.Quote:

very sad may she r.i.p
Common sense should have been used by the pharmacist they could have saved the girls life
I get the impression that she didnt have the Girl with her. So you cant blame the pharmacist. Thats assuming it was a pharacist and not just a cashier/counter jockey.Quote:

The person behind the counter cant take Joe Public's diagnosis and prescription of what drug is needed.
As tragic as it is, at the end of the day, the girl should have had her own epipen and the mother or father should have also carried one in case of emergencies.
Cant blame a person for doing thier job.
"Cant blame a person for doing their job"
Yes you can john of course he has to follow the rules but if a distressed woman comes into the shop he should have grabbed the epipen and went with the women to the scene were the girl was
You CANNOT always go by the book life is not black and white and some situations need to be assessed as they occur while he/she is not directly to blame if I was in that position and I didn't act the death would be weighing heavily on my conscience for the rest of my life
"Just doing there job" tell that to the girls family
Very tragic, such a sad thing to happen.
I have a nut allergy too but luckily enough I only have mild reactions, always wondered should epipens be in first aid kits or would that be a little reckless. Maybe even in a small dose of adrenalin to stabilise the reaction until an ambulance arrives.
Anyone who knows anything about first aid knows that nobody should administer first aid unless they are trained and qualified to do so.
The thing about an epipen is what if it is given to someone who is displaying "anaphalactic-like" symptoms i.e. taking a fit but isnt actually having an anaphalactic reaction. By administering the epipen you could instantly kill the person.
Its alot to ask of a person behind the counter in a pharmacy to be able to diagnose and administer the correct medication.
@[FunkySeeFunkyDoo]
Is there not a decent time frame between the beginning of the allergic reaction to potential death i.e. enough time for an ambulance to arrive?
I understand were your coming from john but the girls mother was there absolutely no need for anyone else to diagnose her,the fact remains he/she acted poorly in an emergency situation in which the result was a young girl losing her life
We obviously differ on opinion greatly on this one and wont agree so il leave it there
Say if first aid training included anaphylactic response, there would be a procedure of symptoms to check for before administering an epipen shot. Weather there's a certain dose that could be enough to stabilise someone with a severe reaction but not too much to over-treat another with a lesser reaction, I'm not exactly sure.Quote:

The only problem and why I say it might be reckless is untrained people thinking they know what theyre doing when it comes to first aid, such a person could see someone having a fit, reach for a kit with an adrenaline shot in it and possibly kill them.
HEY FAT FACE...
Stay classy...
So many people confusing OE and OEM in their posts....

Yeah that "50 times" feature started on the E60 but the LCM doesn't need to be replaced, it just needs to be reflashed with the right software!Quote:
